No payment received for 2 bookings

I hosted 2 reservations on Airbnb and they haven't paid me yet. Customer care is completely useless. How will I get my payment? Please suggest me solution.

I believe as a new host Airbnb doesn't make payments until you have been operating for a month. After that you will be paid within about five days of each booking starting @Shipra11
