No payment

I have not been paid once in 6 weeks. I have contacted Airbnb on numerous occasions and they always willing to help but then leave it at that. They keep on saying my money is coming and I have not received a cent. They won’t provide transfer codes. I’ve been to my bank and no payments are pending and I’ve called the bank too. 

 

What is their fraudline?
