Customer service lied to both host (me) and my guest and made an illegal non- approved alteration to my guest reservation on October 16, 2023. Now I owe airbnb almost $ 1200 in future bookings.
I have evidence of fraud from airbnb. Where do I found out what codes airbnb broke? I asked for internal arbitration, no answer from customer service, now I need to solve this outside of airbnb. Who do i reach for arbitration outside of the airbnb platform before I send a demand letter to airbnb headquarters and airbnb GA agent?
I need to resolve this before I host anyone else, I am a super host with great reviews 12 years
