No payout, kyc

I havnt been paid for a long time, almost a year. and the support is unable to fix it. 

they keep telling me that someone is working on it but nothing happens. 

they Tell me that something is missing or something is wrong with the kyc but every information is there and they cant Tell me whats wrong. 

one time someone from air bnb told me that the problem was a bug on my account that air bnb should fix but nothing happened. 

what should i do?
Soon i have no choise to cancel all reservations.

Hi,

yes, i think its solved. A few hours after this Messege someone from air bnb reached out to me with a solution and what i should do. I havnt got the money yet but i got a messege that the money is sent.
