Good evening. I'm an airbnb superhost and have been for a long time, but this is the first time I've had a problem with a payout, a guest currently lives in the apartment, and I don't want to notify them of an early checkout. How can this issue be resolved? Haven't received two payments yet.
@Виталий19 This seems to be an ongoing issue with some Ukrainian Hosts and I would have thought that it would have all been resolved by now. Please keep messaging and calling customer support until this is resolved, hopefully one of the helpful Admins in this group will help push this higher up for you… @Sybe ?
