Noise to neighbors from air b and b

We own a house next to and air b and b and they have outside seating area gazebo right on property line. Loud noise at midnight  and in past smoking pot in gazebo. Last night about 15 teenagers were loud at midnight and the sound of a gun was heard and police were called.  We want to know what grounds we have to make this a safe experience  for the neighbors around this air b and b

First thing I would do is contact the owner and advise them of the issue and give them the opportunity to address the issue - they may not even be aware this is happening. Hosts usually don't want "parties" as their listing can be suspended if they permit them. Guests don't always comply with the no parties rule.

If you don't have their contact info, you can use the "Message the Host" button on the Airbnb listing itself - it's at the bottom of the listing page:

If the Host/Owner doesn't respond to you timely, then you can contact Airbnb's Neighborhood Support:

The host should be trying to ensure his guests don't disturb neighbours sadly some remote hosts /larger scale management companies don't care @Pam2531

Good host contact their neighbours. Give you their contact number. Talk to you about their plans to vet guests and minimise noise .

1. Check their listing . Do they have CCTV? Do they list quiet hours inside and out 3. Do they have house rules to say only guests who have booked should be at the listing?

2 take screen shots of listing , house rules , etc

3.check STR regulations in your area and any restrictions they need to meet

4 .contact the host as @Joan2709 suggests and explain impact their guests are having and ask them to let you know what they will do to ensure guests don't disturb neighbours

if no joy report to Airbnb and your council's noise team if disturbances continue

Thank you all for taking  the time to respond in helpful  ways.. I will do all that you suggested.   Thanks again
