Would you please check with Airbnb CS to see if they can help @Jone7?

Also, please inquire if there is a known issue with host payouts, because there are a few posts about missing payouts.

We are missing a payment. Guests left 3 days back and no payment. Support been ineffective and blamed it on the day they arrived a Friday m(for Gods sake) , Paypal processing time (Imagine) and me changing the payment method which i have not done just loaded up a new card. Payment is always via paypal and the account works perfectly. I believe its time to leave and cancel all bookings.

I have raised the non payment recently but it finally sorted .

I can rely on Airbnb some times it takes few things to iron out .
