North Harmony Short Term Rental Law

Hello! I am a local North Harmony air bnb owner. I may have reached out in the past regarding the town's attempts at rezoning and ultimately eliminating shot term rentals in the area. I had a court hearing last week that ended up getting rescheduled to May 1st. I spoke with Brad Lawson, the zoning officer, subsequently and he told me of the intent of the town to send letters to all air bnb owners in the area regarding the town's intent.

In this light - I would like to get as many owners as I can on an email chain and get a call amongst us to discuss potentially banding together to fight this. We have been told that we need legal representation for this next hearing and it would probably be in everyone's best interest if we all acted together as one in this matter.

If you use the airbnb as the return address on the letters then Brad Lawson and the power that be will have the addresses of the airbnbs.
