Not getting paid - bug in system

In July we got an email from Airbnb to say our listing was suspended due to suspicious activity on our account - they also cancelled several bookings. None of this was any of our doing and we have no idea what happened. We reset our password as directed and were assured our account was now ok.  But we have not been paid for over 3 months! We have contacted the support so many times asking what is going on - every time they tell us there are adjustments on our account - and close the thread! We have tried phoning - no one is able to help and still we are told about these so called adjustments and alleged violation of our terms (what does this even mean - we have done nothing ?????) It seems likely there is some sort of bug in the system and no one seems to know what to do about it.  Airbnb now owe us over £9000, we have had to block any available dates on our calendar but cannot cancel any bookings as this would genuinely put us in violation of our terms.

Is anyone able to suggest anything or indeed, has anyone had the same issue.  We are only a private host and we cannot afford to keep going much longer. This is very serious for us now.

@Mairi36 all you can do is

1) Hope someone like @Sybe will tweak customer services for you or

2) Start a small claims court claim against Airbnb.

Hi, we are operating 55 properties in Istanbul. Airbnb stopped all the payments and we cannot pay to homeowners anything. We need our payouts and if we reach to Airbnb, they are always saying that there is a bug on the system / that they sent the message to another department. 
It is so ridicilous, every homeowners reach us and asking their money. How can a company like Airbnb can not solve this problem + why they are sending only ''Robotic Messages.'' We cannot reach anyone if we call them, they are always stalling us so we need our payouts and the only reason we hear since 3 days is that there is a bug on the system
