Not getting paid by airbnb

To Whom It May Concern,

 

I am writing to formally demand the immediate release of all outstanding payouts owed to me as a host on the Airbnb platform.

 

As of today, I have not received any payout since approximately March 24, 2026, despite continued activity across my seven (7) Airbnb properties. During this time, I have repeatedly complied with all requests and instructions within the Airbnb application, yet no funds have been disbursed. I have not been provided with any clear explanation, resolution timeline, or justification for this ongoing withholding of my earnings.

 

This situation has now escalated into a serious financial hardship.

 

The failure to release my payouts has directly impacted my ability to meet essential financial obligations, including but not limited to:

 

- Mortgage payments on multiple properties

- Utility bills associated with Airbnb operations

- Landscaping and property maintenance expenses

- Cleaning and turnover services

- Property insurance premiums

- Property taxes

- Ongoing repair and upkeep costs

 

Due to the absence of expected income, I was forced at the beginning of April to draw from my personal savings to cover these obligations. Those reserves have now been significantly depleted. As we approach the beginning of May, I no longer have the financial capacity to continue covering these expenses without receiving the funds that are rightfully owed to me.

 

This prolonged withholding of payments—without transparency or resolution—constitutes a severe disruption to my business operations and financial stability.

 

Accordingly, I am requesting the following:

 

1. Immediate release of all withheld payouts

2. A detailed written explanation for the delay in payments

3. A clear and definitive timeline confirming when all outstanding funds will be fully disbursed

 

If this matter is not resolved within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of this notice, I will have no choice but to pursue further action, including but not limited to:

 

- Initiating formal legal proceedings and/or arbitration

- Filing complaints with the appropriate regulatory and consumer protection agencies

- Seeking recovery of damages resulting from this disruption

 

Please understand that I am prepared to take all necessary steps to protect my business and recover the funds owed to me.

 

I urge Airbnb to treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it requires and to resolve this issue immediately.

@Mohammad460 No one here is relevant with respect to 'whom it may concern'..

 

I assume you have fallen foul of the KYC laws that Airbnb are forced to comply with. 

 

I can only suggest you google Airbnb's legal entity for your region and properly send them either a letter before action or a small claims court case.
