My damages claim was approved by AirBnB on 28th Sep'20. I had received e-mail which stated your payout has been released. Till date, i have not received payout amount. When i checked in transaction history, it's still showing in future payout. I tried contacting AirBnB support via Contact Us and Twitter. No one is responding there.
I have come to know "CATHERINE POWELL" is the person who looks after host issues in company. Does anybody have her e-mail id? How to contact her? What should i do, so that my payout gets released.
