Not receiving payouts

Hi. I'm a host from EU. The last payout I received was in mid July. I contacted the support team and they told me they are fixing the problem. It's more than 14 days since they said they will fix it. And my last support ticket is 5 days old. They are simply ignoring me. I have taxes, bills and other stuff to pay. And I'm simply forced to cancel open reservations and to close AIRBNB. Anyone else not getting the payouts?

@Andrej83 I would contact future guests and say that you may have to cancel them due to Airbnb not paying you. Also try contacting Airbnb via Twitter.

Thank you for the Twitter idea. Yesterday support replied: we hope the issue will be resolved soon. So yes, I will start to contact future guests that I'm no longer able to host using Airbnb.
