Notifications of upcoming guests

Hi, does anyone know how to change the auto notifications of upcoming guests please? I get a nice reminder about a week in advance. Would be great to get a reminder 3 days in advance of guest arrival. Tried the obvious places and contacted the phone team too. Thanks 🙏🏽

The reminders are 8 days and 2 days before arrival, and again the morning of check-in. This seems to be the same for everyone, from what I can tell.

@Shelley159hmm, thank you. I think mine have stopped working for some reason. I’m definitely not receiving the two day ones. I’ll re-check. Thanks for responding 🙂

Ours have stopped working or, at least, they are intermittent at best.  Airbnb say they are aware of this bug in the summer 2025 release.  They were happy when I said we would honour any reservation for which we received notifications but could not guarantee the property would be available through Airbnb if we were not notified.

They acknowledged that there are other booking platforms out there.
