So the City is only giving ONE Registration Number Per Host Per Address. I have two rooms in the same apartment that I have been renting under Airbnb for over 13 yrs. I applied for a Registration Number using the Listing ID for one of them thinking the number would apply to both rooms. The system will only accept the number for the listing ID under which I applied, implying that I need a separate number for the other BUT the City says it is only giving ONE number Per Host Per Address, thinking that will prevent a host from having multiple listings at various addresses.
The upshot of which I cannot do short-term rentals in the other room - only 30-day rentals. Surely there must be others like myself. Airbnb didn't even seem aware of the problem.
I applied for my number on August 16 and after some back-and-forth, it was approved on November 22.

Yes I did @Junior154!
Once you get your number, email them the Airbnb ID for the second room and ask them to also link it to the "1st" room
Hi @Waldemar36 , Did you happen to connect with other Hosts from NYC in this regards?
As Community Center is more of a global forum, it might be a bit difficult to specifically get in touch with NYC Hosts who may be able to help with any advice related to this situation.
If you may like, you can also get in touch with New York Hosts through our NYC Local Host Club here : https://www.facebook.com/groups/830896930840373.
Hey Waldermar36,
Just wondering if you found a solution for this issues as I am also experiencing this.
Thanks

Thanks I appreciate your help as AirBnB customer support has no knowledge of what to do in these kinds of situations.
