PROBLEMS RECEIVING PAYOUTS

I'm a new listing here and I'm in South Africa. I have been hosting for 3 weeks and have yet, to receive a payout. Airbnb keeps on with excuses and delaying tactics. I have been verified. My bank account has been verified. I have put my payout default. I have submitted my Bidvest Mandate form. Now, this morning, they politely just take my bank account off my profile! I had to reload it and now they come with the excuse that I have to wait another 2 days for it to be verified. When it was already verified at the end of November. I've tried countless times the last 3 weeks to get assistance from them but it's proven to be futile. Has anyone got some sort of advice for me?
