Hi Mia!

I  saw that some time ago, you responded to someone who were looking for a host. I am currently looking for a host to manage the following services for my 3 bedrooms apartment in 8th arrondissement every 2-3 months.

• check in check out
• full cleaning of the apartment 
• laundry - clean and change bedsheets 

Management (marketing, looking for and billing clients) is already handled by an agency so I just need a reliable person to do the above services. Typically a person who is looking at extra revenues to complement his own.

Would you be interested? My apartment is not currently on AirBnB so you cannot see pictures but it is near Parc Monceau.

Hi, I am a freelancer, living in Paris center.

I am now managing airbnb properties as a host and co-host, my job is helping the host/landlord make their airbnb listing more attractive, by taking nicer photos , editing titles and content.

Then managing each booking, such as identity every  booking requirement to make sure guests had good comments from their previous trips,  following each booking, communicate with guests, answer questions, make sure check in and check out are smooth, and following the guests to have a good comment. 

I can also manage with the cleaning work of house lady if need.

With me you can save your working time and leave your airbnb business with me , I charge 15% of each booking income (exclude de cleaning fee)

I am myself a Super host on my own list, and on our new list, we receive only 5-star reviews with my co-hosting service.
