I have been stuck in a never-ending circle of support requests since 12 October. I stopped receiving pay-outs due to Airbnb issuing the wrong mandate to the bank. I notified them that the wrong details are on the mandate. They then revoked the original mandate I signed and Paused payments.
The have requested an additional document that I am more than willing to supply but they do not supply a means of uploading or emailing it. They then sent a link but it does not work. I have reported and re reported this several times and have spent hours to find a way on the website without success.
Can anyone here give guidance on this issue and how to resolve it?

Im glad im not alone in this. Airbnb has been POOR in their communication and tolerance of this new KYC documentation.
It makes me wonder if they are holding payments to keep funds , or they are financially strained. Could start considering platforms who dont take a chunk of interest and hold your money for extended periods of time.
I also need help guys. I am owed over R 300 K since June… they keep on saying they have a support team looking into my case. What should we do. We are under a company name as it is on a farm. I am so desperate!!!
