I am having a horrendous experience with Airbnb. I was asked to submit proof of Goverment ID front and back and a copy of my Business Registration document since July 2022 i did this and got back a reply saying my Account has been updated. Betweem Feb 5th to 15th i hosted a guest from Airbnb and i have been told my payout is paused until I submit that info again. I tried the original link but it did not work Suppprt is just escalating my case each time i reach them. I have spent so much money calling only to be told thst a Specialist will call me and nothing. Has anyone else had this challenge?

Thanks Jenny im .just getting the constant run around from Support. Since July 2022 i submitted the documents they asked for and still they are pausing payouts. Im willimg to re submit but no one is telling me where or how.
You are not alone. There are many hosts with same issue. My payout have been paused in December and I could not break the wall of robotic like standard answers from support. They ask me same things over and over again for 2 months in a row. Airbnb so far ows me over 20k USD.
I´m having exactly the same issue since 5 weeks ago. After submitting the documents they said the account was verified but then a few days later they asked for the same documents again and now nothing, no information or updates. This is so frustrating!!!
They owe us quite a lot of money for guests we have already hosted!
