Pay-outs paused for over 5 weeks(!) for all my 35 listings

Dear all, 

 

As a professional and licensed  'Holiday Homes' management company in Dubai , where we manage currently 35 luxury listings for different owners - Airbnb unfortunately has paused my pay-outs for over 5 (!) weeks now. 

Has anyone experienced the same? What can I do to solve this? Any tips are very appreciated. 

 

Customer service is not helpful at all through the phone nor chat - I also already have checked with my bank if it's stuck somewhere but also that is not the case. 

Some advice would be highly appreciated as I'm really Hopeless at the moment! 

 

Customer service can only apologise and say that someone from the specialised team will get back to me - but then, no one obviously will.  

For the last 30 days, I have been calling them every single day, 4 times a day. Doing the story over and over again and getting to hear that someone will reach out to me soon. Until now: nothing. I don't even know the reason why it's paused.

 

In the beginning I thought it was due to a certain verification process, but I had completed this even before they paused me. However,  they gave me this as reason first - Still, as I completed it all - I have no idea how to solve this. (When I do this verification again, it says that I'm all set)

 

I would really hope someone can help me because I am paying all the owners from my own pocket and reserves.... I'm not sure if my company would remain existing with a few more days of not getting what I have been owed by Airbnb. (Over usd 160.000)

Here's another Host @Daniels-Holiday-Homes0 who has also not been paid.

Would you please follow up on this case to as to what's happening in systems as to what is causing these problems?

Is it tied in with Twilio/ Authy Data Breach?

It would be great if we all received our overdue payments promptly and the issues that have triggered it addressed.
