Paying your Tourist Tax in Portugal

Hi 

I rent an apartment in Portugal in the Algarve

Does anyone know how to process the actual payment of the tourist tax in Portugal?

After a lot of confusion, I managed to file the return, and the confirmation from Loule council included an entity number, reference number, amount and deadline date ( 7 days later )

How can you pay for something without an Iban to transfer too?

I have to say, the whole process has been very very difficult to navigate. 

Any help would be great with how to actual process the payment would be amazing. I'm with BBVA and have an online account and live in Ireland
