Just wondering if anyone of you had an experience not getting paid by Airbnb? I’ve followed up , and called several times but the reply I get is due to technical issues. It’s already 2 months since the guests checked out (31 December 2019) and I haven’t received the payment. Can anyone please advise how to proceed with my enquiry. Thank you so much for your help.

Did Customer Services explain where the Technical issue has arisen?

Is it within the banking system?

If so where ?

 

Have you checked your own Listing Account settings and reset them in case they have changed without your knowledge?

I raise this as there have been known cases of unlawful access to users accounts.

 

Hope this helps, meanwhile keep contacting them and maybe try via Twitter as they apparently tend to be more efficient.
