Payment not received

AirBnB statement reflects payment made on 27 September, nearly a month later and no payment was received?  Unable to speak to or contact anyone at AirBnB.  Not a pleasure to deal with this company.  Does anybody have contact details or actual link how one can enquiry about outstanding payments?
