I have uploaded banking details they keep on sending me i should upload it, please assist all my payments are paused

Have you signed the Reserve Bank mandate this year?

It could be that there's a difference between the bank details and the details on the mandate.

No I did not signed anything, i have changed banking details, can you please share the form

You need to email Bidvest as explained in the Help article above @Rustenzicht-Lodge0 

(unless you can find the email from them that allows you to.sign the 2026 mandate)
