we have been contacting you for the payment for the past 3 months .We have contacted you for more than 5 to 7 times for the payment and each time you say the case is send to expert team and it will be sorted out soon and finally you people close the case without solving the issue.This process is going on and on .It is too bad to have such a very bad experience from Air bnb team.
