Payments delayed for 6 months despite acknowledgment of internal issue.

I want to know what to do. I have gone through all the channels to help resolve my issue of nonpayment of my payout. It's been 6 months, and this has had a toll on the business.

@Emmanuel1801  Have you considered going to a different platform to advertise for guests?  If AirBnB is not paying you, why continue to advertise with them?

Perhaps one of the forum moderators can put your issue in front of the correct department.

For now, I have locked up funds with them, and i just want it released.
