Payoneer account linking not working

In the past two years, I have tried multiple times to link a Payoneer account to my property as a host so I can receive the payouts in the same currency the guests pay. To this day, this problem has not been solved. Every time I try to set it up, I end up on a 404 page, as shown in the screenshot.

 

I have already contacted the support of Airbnb for this issue, and they always redirected me to Payoneer support, which in turn replied to me to take it up with Airbnb support.

 

So, some time ago, I gave up and set up a bank account for an international wire transfer, and now the guests pay me in EUR, Airbnb pays me in USD, and I get the payout in the bank the EUR again because that is my only business account. I plan to open a new account now in USD and receive the payouts in USD from Airbnb so I can avoid the banks' exchange rates. But it would be nice if I get all the payouts in EUR in the same way guests pay me. 

 

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Yes this was solved by the support team after they contacted me in a couple of days after I posted this thread.

 

With the help of a support agent as an intermediary between me and Payoneer support we managed to make it work again. We finished that just yesterday and closed the support case. That was really helpful this time.

 

Thank you for the reminder of letting people know and I hope this also helps people having the same issue in the future.
