Payoneer payout method

Hi everyone. I was using payoneer as a payout method for a while. Today I receive a new card as my old one was about to expire. Right know I have a problem setting the new payoneer card payout method as it says "Ops, it looks like you have already submitted your payoneer application. Please log in". Then I log in to my payoneer account and nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? How can I add my new card as a new payout method? Thank you.
