Beginning of October 2023, Payoneer sent me an email and said it failed to send money to my company's bank account. My company's bank account was working just fine before that. I reached out to Airbnb support team and they told me the same thing each time: Removed the account and added again. I did that exactly three times and every time, still failed. Contacted my bank, my bank was not notified of any attempt of transfer. Checked my Airbnb transaction history, i noticed that there was no payment reference for any amount sent to my business account - so did Airbnb refuse to send money from their end? It is so weird. Everytime this failed, Airbnb sent money to my personal bank account and this does not solve the problem as this is company's money.
Airbnb support team would not escalate to Accounts or Payout specialist, they kept going in circle. How am I going to find out the root problem to fix? 😞
