Payout blocked

Hi everyone,
I'm facing an issue where my account payout is blocked despite completing the verification process. The support team says they're working on it and has been forwarded to specialised team, but it's been over a week with no updates.its almost a months payout on hold

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.
