Payout delayed

Hi all,

 

Good day.

 

Been hosting since 2016.

 

This week probably is the first time I experience a payout delayed without any email or notice from Airbnb.

 

Is it normal? 

 

My payout did not came since 11 Dec 2023. Last payout I received thru Bank account was 10 Dec 2023.

 

Will chat with CS now hope they can help me check.

Hi 

Not really sure what's going on, as I'm hosting for more than 5 years, this is the first time I encounter this issue.

 

My payout was on hold by airbnb not really sure for what reason, and few of the Customer Service Representatives still cant solve the issue.


What can I do next ? 

 

Can I ask airbnb to cancel all the future reservation as they are not paying for my hard work & reservation anymore.

Sorry to hear about your situation. Did you recently change payment methods or account numbers? If so sometimes a new method can take a bit longer to receive payment. 

 

 I’ve flagged community managers @Breanna@Bhumika, and @Paula to look into your issue and hopefully it will get sent to the right team to resolve your issue.

Hi Breanna, thank you for your help. Appreciate!

 

However, I really felt helpless as I will get only 1 or 2 reply every time after call to them. Then there will be no more reply/update from them or the conversation will be close by system. I have to start all over again to contact/message them. The latest conversation with the team was also unrespond over 24hours.

 

This issue already been 4 days since I contacted the customer service and no one still can let me know what is happening.

@Doris38 sometimes Doris Airbnb will hold a months worth of payouts a little longer if they can see a lot of bookings and send them all at once, maybe thats all that is happening.. ?... H

Hello has this been resolved already? Check your email for any message from Airbnb to update payout information. That happened to me too.

Hi Doris I have the same issue for hosting my experience. First time in 4 years. I smell something fishy. They are very pleasant about it, say my account info was updated correctly by myself months ago, but Airbnb hasnt verified it. So for new experience bookings Airbnb are happy to take the money but when paying me they wont as my account is on hold. Not legal or fair. I will cancel my future bookings as I am not going to spend more money on hosting future experiences while they withhold payment, with no timeline to resolve. Shocking! Did yours ever get resolved or are you off Airbnb now?
