Payout does not match deposit

Hi,

I have a problem with payouts from Airbnb Experiences. I have received payments from them before in US dollars to my account and the money I receive always matches what my payout email tells me I am getting. So for example if I get a notification that  a Payout of $100 has been sent, i receive $100 in my bank so there aren't any intermediary fees with my accounts.

HOWEVER, with my most recent payment I should have received $72, all I got was $60. Any idea why? and any idea how I can get the remaining $12 usd??

Did you check your Transaction History Pages on Airbnb ?

Yes, and it shows all of my previous ones, which are fine and my most current one. It is completed. I says $72 but i was only paid $60
