Payout is on hold

Payout is on hold

I am writing to inquire about a payment hold on my Airbnb account. I recently hosted a guest and was expecting to receive the payout, but I have noticed that the earnings are still on hold. I have reviewed my account and payout settings, and everything appears to be in order.

 

Could you please provide me with more information about the reason for this hold and any actions I need to take to resolve it?

What did Airbnb Customer Service say when you contacted them? Be advised that payouts for new Hosts can be delayed for 30days:
