Payout missing and delays without any information

Hello Guys. 

I have hosted my apartment since 27 October and I did not receive my payouts.

When ever I call the customer service 

They tell me that nothing can be done 

And We will have to 'Escalate' your problem to the specialised team.

I have been waiting more than 20 days for their 'specialised team' to contact me but without any solution.

My payouts estimated arrival is 17 November and today is 21 November 

And I am still waiting my payouts also

Did you finaly got sorte. I need help or advise, we can't even afford to continue with the business.  

 

Missing payouts since December 23.

 

Airbnb agent keep saying they have escalated the case. Please can someone please help.

4 payout delayed without help or explanation from customer support since

I also have been missing a payment and am being very persistent asking and trying to resolve it but they keep saying the same thing.. it's being escalated to our specialist team. 

 

They are working on it. It's all I'm getting. Why is airbnb punishing it's hosts?? The third party processor that is used for payment processing should not be our problem.  If airbnb uses a third party to process our payments then they must be responsible if something goes wrong and they must reimburse the hosts first and then address the issues with the provider. This is the proper way to deal with subcontracting.. you don't neglect to pay the owner their money because your subcontractor is unreliable?!!

 

I really need help and support to know how long this will take I've got mortgage payments and I've lost my high paying job recently and really need my airbnb money.

My payment is on hold and the specialized team will not get back with me or release my payment. The guest has been in my unit for three days. This is killing my business 

Same issue missing payouts  for over 5 months.  12k owing!  Did you get yours sorted?

Omg!! How has this been resolved for you? Please tell me because this is very scary and we should be able to escalate this ourselves all the way to a class action lawsuit or at very least some big newspaper articles that would damage airbnb reputation and make them rethink how they deal with our "missing" or "delayed" payments?!! Maybe they should start delaying in payment for all these support staff that answer our questions and see how fast those people quit the jobs!

Did you ever receive the payment and how long before it was resolved please? I'm in the same situation and have never felt so helpless and upset.. it's robbery!
