I have a few payouts on hold and I need this payout on hold to be addressed immediately
I ve been hosting since the 12th April and had a good bookings rate. I set my payout method up a month before and had no reason to think anything was wrong. I am yet to receive any of my payouts and it's mounting up with more and more bookings coming in. I've contacted support several times but they only keep confirming they have sent the payout. I'm being to told to simply wait. I noticed you can't check or amend your payout information. So I added again and set as default for the the last booking and subsequent payout. Still no money and still no support. How can I get the payments team or someone to check where my money is going? I've spent money and it's costing me money to run and am getting nothing coming in from Airbnb. Please can someone point me in the right direction or offer some helpful advise. As I'm now waiting for a good few hundred pounds.

Hi @Josie131
Welcome to the community 😊
If a host is new to Airbnb and receives their first reservation, Airbnb may take 30 days to pay the host.
You may need to keep track of your payout status in transaction history. In my experience, PayPal is the faster payment method.
It may take a few days to show up in your account after being released.

I wondered if the 30 day time period is still in use (?), as information seems to be removed from several help-files regarding payout.
Hi Dale And Dan , thanks for your reply. There hasn't been any mention of the 30 day delay. That has helped put my mind at ease a little.
Hi @Dale711
Thank you for your tip regarding Paypal and the preferred time for Airbnb payout, I have set this up on my account now.
However, where on Airbnb does it state the expected up to 30 days before receiving payment for new hosts?
Regards
Dean
Hi, @Dean-And-Sara1, Greetings! To obtain further information, kindly refer to the Airbnb help article provided below. It contains useful details that will aid in addressing your queries. https://www.airbnb.com/help/search?q=new%20host%20payment
Hi @Josie131
You're right! Airbnb didn't mention it in the payout policy.
Indeed, it has mentioned the publishing new host listing page. It happened frequently to the new host and new listing.
"If a host is new to Airbnb and receives their first reservation,
Airbnb may take 30 days to pay the host."
Meanwhile, do contact Airbnb via message EVERY DAY, send a message to the team, request your payment URGENTLY as you need a cash flow in the bank and keep track of your transaction history.

I hope you will receive your payment soon ✌️
Happy Hosting 😃
Hi @Dale711 , thanks for all your advice on this, thought id post an update. I have continued to contact support everyday since this first post, i'm still yet to get any sensible reply from them other than we have sent the payment and i will forward your enquiry to another member of the team who can best assist you. - which they dont, a never ending circle of conversation.
In the end I suggested for evidence I send them my statements to which I have now done and still nothing! Im approaching rapidly the 30 days ( 17th May ) Bookings are flowing in at a very steady pace and im still no nearer knowing if I will get paid or when and now im wondering if I should keep accepting future bookings on Airbnb with no cash flow, it stressful for the upkeep and the changovers.
thanks Josie.
there are two different accounts we can set: PAYMENT and PAYOUT ACCOUNT
one is the account/method we use to pay for the trip when we are traveling and the other one is to receive money from our guests when we are hosting.
Make sure you set the right one
Hi @Dale711 .
How do I contact Airbnb every day via message? What address do I use. I have hosted 4 parties but have yet to receive a dime. The airbnb system says it has pd me and at least 3 wks have elapsed since the first guest left but still nothing.
I checked the payout method and it only shows the last 4 digits of my bank info so I cant even verify if the acct is correct or not.
What do I do? Crazy, they are keeping all my money 😞
Tracy
Hi @Tracy752
It happens fruquently to a new listing, as you start hosting in August,
Airbnb may take 30days or more to pay a new host, particularly for a new listing.
Do Contact Airbnb Support Help via the live chat message "GetHuman".
https://www.airbnb.com/help/booking-and-traveling
Scroll down to the bottom of the right page and click " contact us "
Contact Support Help submit your case to the payment department specialist.
Once, the Specialist responds to you and will be processing the issue.
You could request the specialist to keep the ticket open until you get the payment.
Hopefully, you'll get the payment soon
Hi @Nick ,
Could you please help @Josie131 to contact the CS to speed things up?
Josie hasn't received payment since April 12. Few guests stayed and left without receive payment and didn't hear a prompt response from the Airbnb representative.
Notably, in these challenging times, the host needs cash flows to maintain the listing.
Nick, your assistance will be much appreciated.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Please help 🙏
Thank you.
Hello, it seems as if couple of my payouts have been returned finally so I have changed the payout bank details to a completely different account to hopefully receive on the second attempt. Once I have all the missing payouts as I'm desperate for the money now. I will set up another way of receiving my payouts as @Dale711 suggested paypal.
thanks for everyones help on this.
regards
Josie
Hi @Josie131 I hope you are well. As mentioned earlier, it can take up to 30 days for payments to be processed. If CS confirms the payment is processed, there is no reason to worry. Regardless I've already sent a message asking them about it and will update you via DM when I know more.
