Payout not received

Hello -

 

I have been a super host for quite sometime and made no changes whatsoever to my payout method (Bank Account based in France).

 

I never had any issues in the past.

 

A payout in the amount of 4069.15 Euros was made by Airbnb to my account on November 20th (according to the Airbnb)

 

The payment was not received by my bank nor credited to my bank account.  I have contacted airbnb numerous times however the answer received is always scripted and no one ever calls back.  

 

I wouldn't want to host any new reservations until this is resolved.  Can someone please help me with this issue or point to me who/where I should go to get this resolved?

@Mohamad83 I can't. really help but have you had to fill in any Know Your Customer forms recently or the form needed by all EU hosts re tax (if I remember it properly). Does your transaction report show it as paid or are you relying on Customer Services to confirm it was paid?

The payment on Airbnb shows that it was processed and sent correctly. It doesn’t show any pending status, Indeed, it shows as if it was sent to my bank.

 

I did not have to fill any form recently, nor was I asked to

Would it be also possible for you to share reservation numbers related to missing pays? I might be able to forward your concern with the relevant team, once I have them.

@Bhumika  Thank you for escalating.  I was contacted via chat by William - he provided me with a letter from Airbnb showing the transfer information and asked me to take it to my bank and then get back to him once the bank responds.  The bank did respond by saying that they did not receive this transfer and I should check with the sender. I sent this information to William however the case got closed.  is there anyway you can have someone re-open the case and look at what my bank wrote to me?

I wanted to give you an update.  ** from the payment processing team received notice from Bank of America (The bank Airbnb uses) that my payment was indeed not processed and told me their seems to be a compliance issue and that he sent my case to the compliance team.  He advised me that this team should be reaching out to me.  The team still has not reached out and there is no way to contact this team on my end.

 

I am trying to get this issue resolved before my next guests check in.  I have over 40,000 Euros of bookings and would rather cancel them instead of hosting people in my apartment for free.

 

IS there anyway you can help me with this issue?  All my Tax information is indeed correct under my profile and I never had any issues in the past.

@Mohamad83 Don't panic but there is one more thing to check. Has someone hacked you account and changed the destination address for payments? After that I am out of ideas.
