Not sure when, but I have a feeling that Airbnb don't have their own people doing this job for some time. Now we (Superhosts)...

I ve been hosting since the 12th April and had a good bookings rate. I set my payout method up a month before and had no reason to think anything was wrong. I am yet to receive any of my payouts and it's mounting up with more and more bookings coming in. I've contacted support several times but they only keep confirming they have sent the payout. I'm being to told to simply wait. I noticed you can't check or amend your payout information. So I added again and set as default for the the last booking and subsequent payout. Still no money and still no support. How can I get the payments team or someone to check where my money is going? I've spent money and it's costing me money to run and am getting nothing coming in from Airbnb. Please can someone point me in the right direction or offer some helpful advise. As I'm now waiting for a good few hundred pounds.

Hi @Josie131
Welcome to the community 😊
If a host is new to Airbnb and receives their first reservation, Airbnb may take 30 days to pay the host.
You may need to keep track of your payout status in transaction history. In my experience, PayPal is the faster payment method.
It may take a few days to show up in your account after being released.
Hi @Novita9, Would it be possible for you to share the link to your Airbnb Host profile? With that, I may be able to reach out to the payments team for further advice.
Is your KYC Information up-to-date? It would be worth checking.
Hi
ive decided to do a host cancellation because i didnt want to end up like people that are being owed thousands as the guests staying with me has paid in the thousands too and have some more to pay end of month. I have now took off all my listingsafter cancelling as it isnt worth the headsache as other booking platforms are actually paying me before guests check in & without me having to chase around. It took me 3 days no less being passed on to different customer support who has no idea pf what the case is, highly inefficient.
I am considering doing the same thing in Perth Australia
Same problem
I have the same problem i have not been paid from 7 bookings and have been jerked around by the support team saying first that it is my bank who is not processing the money fast enough then that is gonna be on given date, then the day after that, then they realize that i need to go through KYC process but they don't give any time frame. Also i had an apartment and was Airbnb client about 8 years ago and did not have any of this problems. Can they just check their history? I took a loan to renovate this apartment and I also need to pay my bills which are overdue already, frankly I am frustrated, angry and hopeless about this situation!
Badre9, I have the same problem, did you already solve this?
Did you get paid??
I am a member for the last 4 years, I didn't receive a dime this summer. They keep sending my case to their specialized team but nothing happened for the last two months.
Same problem in Australia, I am getting worried now
The so called “specialised team” cannot provide copy of Swift or any proof of payout…. except a useless reference number which means absolute noting and cannot be used by our bank to trace the transaction.
Me too! I am still not paid! Is anyone getting paid?
I am a new host, our first guests checked out today and we are still waiting for the payout that Airbnb state they have paid us. they are suggesting it is our bank's error. Airbnb support is not helpful.
Clearly from this Community Centre, Airbnb's poor care of their hosts is common and widespread. Like many others, we have paid out for renovations and have calculated income from our Airbnb booking platform.
Perhaps there is legal action we can all take or an online action that gathers signatures to direct a campaign against Airbnb?
Does anyone else have any ideas, Airbnb's behaviour should not be without consequences?
Regards,
Dean
I have the same issue. I am also a new host. From the transaction history, it says 5 transactions should be paid out but my bank has not received anything. I called Airbnb customer service a few times and I was always passed from one person to another. All the customer service can tell me is that the funds have been released by Airbnb. They even closed the case even though this issue was still not resolved and I had to call in again. It is very frustrating. Very bad customer service.
I am having the same issue and going through the thread this is very concerning. Is Airbnb a ponzi scheme?
Hi @Raymond489
Although this Community isn't customer service, we can often raise issues with the relevant team for visibility.
I do notice, though, that you are signed in from a Guest account. Do you have a different Airbnb account for hosting?
