Payout on hold for more than 2 months

Anybody that is able to assist with payouts on hold.  Airbnb requested documentation.  I did upload. After a very long struggle to get a response. I was told my account is now verified and payouts will proceed as normal. Nothing! I am experiencing the same issue so many hosts have since 2020. They just doen reply to your message. If you call, you are told the specialised team is looking into it. They close the thread and you just don’t get any response. Help will be appreciated.
