Dear Airbnb Community,

I am writing from Bosnia as a last resort, hoping that you can help me resolve my issue. I have contacted Airbnb Support countless times, trying to explain and solve my problem, but all my efforts have been unsuccessful. The money I earned this tourist season through the platform remains unavailable in my Payoneer account due to technical issues on Airbnb's side.

This agony has been ongoing for over six months, and I have tried every possible solution provided by Airbnb Support and advice I found online, but the problem persists. A case is opened, forwarded to a more experienced agent, then to an ambassador, and finally to a specialist team—all to no avail. The responses I receive are identical, leading me to believe that the issue is being handled very superficially. At times, it feels like I am talking to AI machines.

Some agents have called me, even promising rewards for discovering a "bug in the system." Others assured me that the problem would be resolved in a few days, but all attempts have been fruitless.

What is the issue?
My Airbnb hosting profile, through which I rent out properties, works perfectly fine—I receive bookings without any problems. The same profile is connected to my existing Payoneer account, which I successfully used last year to withdraw funds and transfer them to my bank account.

This year, the connection between Airbnb and my Payoneer account does not work, even though nothing has changed. I even tried transferring the account to my spouse, but that didn’t work either. I provided my bank details for direct deposits, but that also failed. In desperation, I wrote letters to Airbnb, sending them alongside messages via the Help Center to all available email addresses, but I never received a response.

When I select the Payoneer option for withdrawing money, I get the following message (see image 1). After clicking on “click here,” I am redirected to my Payoneer account, where the balance shows 0 EUR.

I then checked all the Payoneer settings against the current information I requested from my bank, and everything is correct. I don’t know what else to do. If anyone has concrete advice, please let me know.

The level of support from Airbnb is so poor, and their agents are so unprepared to handle these challenges, that it’s laughable—so laughable that I could make a YouTube series on this topic. Thank you all.
