I'm wondering if anyone is encountering the same problem. My payouts have been withheld since the beginning of October. I'm owed over Eur 4,000. I keep calling Airbnb to deal with this situation, but my ambassador keeps asking for more time. I noticed there are many US hosts in the same issue. I wondering if there is anyone from Europe who is encountering the same problem.
If anyone can assist in my situation I would really appreciate it.
@Jenny - any chance you can help out here please? I get the generic message that it’s been reviewed by a specialised team “under extreme confidentiality”
for how much longer do I need to wait to get any form of information to what is going on my account.

Yes! weeks ago. and they even confirm that everything looks good. So why the block remains a mystery!

Me too. Airbnb are giving me the run around. They owe me thousands.
I have been passed between dozens of "Ambassadors" and supervisors for the last 2 months. Each one more incompetent as the last. I get the same condescending praise for being a "super host" (the benefits of that I am still to discover). I have been given false and misleading information, endless broken promises and long delays in their response. Phone calls are met with no willingnes to help. I probably have no choice but to take legal action. I advise anybody else to beware.

What ticks me off the most, is this secretive "extreme confidentiality" specialised team. I just wonder if it really exists. And with this excuse I'm kept in the dark.

Still no contact from airbnb. Called CS this morning, and they promised a callback.
It's been 6 weeks, I am will left with no choice but to start refusing guests.
