Payouts being held

It is been almost a  month since the check in date of my last hosting and I have not been paid yet! Is it true that this happens because the guest might have setup a monthly payment and airbnb holds my payout while charging the guest interest ???? 

I've contacted customer support so many times and all I get is "rest assured you get your money"!!! I mean maybe yes but when?? after 6 months? 1 year or what ???There is no issue with my payout settings and they have supposedly sent it twice to two different payout options I have which indicates again there is something going on with airbnb

Unless you are a new host you should be paid within a few days of check in. Give Airbnb a call and see what's happened to your payment @Elaheh5
