Hello team, I have been a Superhost for 4+ years and operate on Airbnb full time in the UAE.
Around two weeks ago I received an email from Airbnb requesting more information regarding my UAE based company license and ownership. I clarified that I am the only owner of the company. The license clearly specifies that it is a “sole establishment”, which according UAE law, it’s a legal entity exclusively owned by one individual. I shared all these information on 13/11 and I was told the team would get in touch with me if they need further information. No one messaged me again and the payouts stopped a few days ago without any type of heads up. I am in disbelief by the lack of information and support from a company I rely on in fully for my professional life.
