Payouts have been paused

Hi everyone,

For a week my payouts have been paused. My taxes information is OK. Sometimes customer service sent a message to say ëverything in your account is ok and the payouts have been released, but it´s not true. I´m asking for a supervisor, but nobody answered. I need to pay the people who work with me, with this situation is impossible. Anybody us you have had an experience like this?. The customer service at Airbnb is very difficult and I cannot reach a supervisor for a week. Thank you so much for your help and support.

My Payouts were Paused since September 7th 2022

I talked everyday to airbnb support and offered me to escalate my case, i talked to more than 100 people and no one has been able to help me.

No one has called me back to give a feedback....

So sad..!
