Payouts missing from last 3 months and didnt get response from Airbnb

Hello 

I'm not getting my some of payouts from November month till missing 18 payouts ,

please help me

Also not received taxes in paid payouts so that I have to pay those taxes , this is first time that airbnb is not responding and having issues in payouts and taxes please help.
