Payouts not received. Airbnb refusing to deal with the issue
I am a superhost and up to July 26th 2021 was receiving regular payouts. Since then AIrbnb have not paid out a single penny and now owe me over £5000. I have phoned customer services on a daily basis and given the same response every single time that a "specialist team will contact me within 24 hours". I have done some research and am not the only host this is happening to. I am at the point where I am going to have to cancel all future bookings and move to a different booking platform. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get my £5000 from Airbnb???
@Libby100 I would give Airbnb one last chance and then, if that or @Nick doesn't ride to the rescue, put in a claim via the small claims court. The process is simple, all online, and relatively inexpensive although any costs should be met by Airbnb when they lose.
Just one thought - I hope you have checked the payout routing on your account. There is a remote possibility that your account has been hacked and payouts rerouted elsewhere.
I'm sorry to see you are having this issue, @Libby100 . I have now talked to the Customer Support team about this and they have updated the ticket, which should speed things up. I hope it won't be long before you have a reply on this.
