Payouts on hold

My payouts have been on hold for a month due to a business verification process. Does this usually take this long? I have switched from a personal profile to a business one 3 weeks ago.

Thank you for your reply Patricia! I have been in contact with the support team and they have assured me that the documents are under review and that I just need to wait. I probably just need to be patient and wait for the team to get back to me. Hopefully it won't take too long now.

You switched from personal to business mid-process. This may have reset or overlapped verification steps, causing complications.

Check your inbox and account alerts on Airbnb for any messages or document re-upload requests.


Contact Airbnb Support directly. Ask for a status update on your business verification and when you can expect payouts to resume. Be sure to reference the date of your profile switch and submission of documents.
