Payouts paused for over a month with nearly $30k pending

Airbnb originally paused my payouts and requested some documents regarding my company beneficiaries. After submitting them, the resumed my payouts but paused it again asking for the same documents and ask me to upload it on the link they provided.

However, when I clicked on that link, it shows that everything is set. Then they closed that message thread where they sent this link. 

Every time I reach out to support, no one seems to help me. They only answer my first query and then they go entirely silent. Not telling me what other documents they need. At this point there is nearly 30K in pending payouts that has not yet been released to me yet Airbnb is still taking bookings. I was told someone will contact me in 48 hours, multiple times, yet no one reaches out. 

I really need help on this because I have bills to pay, I am going to loose the property otherwise. Please help! @Bhumika

Hello Bhumika,

Someone from the compliance team messaged me regarding the documents a few days. I replied within 10 minutes, however, they have gone silent entirely after the initial message with no acknowledgement that they received my information or reviewed something. I have been messaging every single day with no response. Can you tell me why it is like this?
