Payouts paused since more than 1 month!

Airbnb has paused our payouts for more than a month.

They said we had to verify the account as a Business account. We provided all the information and after 3 weeks and numerous chats with different agents and documents provided, Airbnb confirmed the account was Verified and payouts would resume.

A few days later they asked us to provide the same documents all over again.

Since then no more information from Airbnb a part from numerous different chats and calls with customer agents from the superhost team who don´t know and can´t do anything, only to tell you how sorry they are and that the specialised team is looking into it and they will contact us.

This is so frustrating as there is no information/updates from Airbnb side.

Financially is a disaster as well as we have bills and staff to pay.

We are still hosting guests and we are not being paid for them so this is causing lots of distress.

We also have many future reservations that if this issue is not solved we don´t know what to do with them as it will be financially impossible to host them.

Anyone had the same issue and/or solution regarding something similar?

Just wanted to update you as i received all the emails of all the missing payouts finally being sent to me this morning. Not sure if it was this forum but thank you so much for following this up for me!

Your case is not isolated and it is happening to hosts all over the world unfortunately but a fellow host in Morocco has just messaged to say that at last his overdue payments should arrive next week into his bank account and thought you might like to read his thread just below:

It´s true, i just read the other threads from Morocco and they are having similar issues too.

We have provided the documents numerous times, we´ve sent IDs and they keep asking for the same again and then leaving us then in the dark with no communication whatsoever. 

Let´s see if the thread helps us in any way because the situation is not right for hosts who try to do their best job  in the name of Airbnb only to be treated this way by them.
