We have not received any payments on 4 of our airbnb listings due to a delay by the internal airbnb team in reviewing kyc documents.
We were getting payments normally until 19th Nov.
On 23th November, we submitted the kyc info after being asked by an automated message from airbnb support team.
Once submitted, they said it's under review until 3rd Jan when they sent another email asking for the same thing again.
After speaking to the support they said they had already received the documents and the kyc review is pending since that time from their end.
And the support team said they can't control the response time as it's a different team what takes care of the kyc.
Feeling quite spammed after being a superhost and supporting airbnb consistency for over 8 years.
Anyone else who is facing the same issue or can suggest what can be done here?
