Payouts

Hello, this is Rasha from Egypt. I am just wondering why i have a problem with my payouts. Why is it that every time the Airbnb tries to send me my payputs to the same bank account  i have been receiving my payouts accordingly for years now, it fails and still pending. What do i have to do?

My payout has been pending for almost a month now. Any help?

Is it your bank sitting on your money at their head office?

It used to happen here in Thailand (not to me) It was common knowledge that the head office would sit on the money,

Hi @Rasha83 , I'm sorry to hear your payout is stuck on pending! From reading your post it seems like this isn't the first time this happens. I've sent it over to the team now, hopefully we can get this payout released to you ASAP. They'll be in touch with you and if I hear more in the meantime, I'll let you know. 😊

Hello, i have just contacted my bank and they told me that all is fine with my account & they don't have a clear reason why is this happening. I have uploaded different accounts to my payout method, so i can receive my money. Will definitely keep track of what is happening & will visit the bank personally to know if there is something else i can do & in turn will be contacting the Airbnb team in case i need help from the Airbnb side. Anyways, thank you for your reaponse & i will be glad if it is all resolved. It's been almost a month now. Thanks!
