Hi all,
I am a host and I got a confirmed reservation at beginning of January 2020. I didn't receive the payment for that reservation till date for more than three weeks. I can see in the upcoming payout list that this payment was supposed to be released on January 05, 2020. I contacted Airbnb several times (at least 5 times) about this issue. They created a ticket for me, but didn't solve the matter yet. Whenever I call, they say that they are working on it and would get back to me within 48 hours. That 48 hours never came in last three weeks.
Can any of you advise, how to deal with this issue in order to get my payment.Much appreciated....

I am so confused at what I got myself into. O am a new host, Hosting.01. My guest was literally imposed on me, she booked and was confirm for me by system within minutes. Luckily , i saw the email sent and replied that we were just not ready, but begore ee voukd hear from anyone, the guest was at the door. We hurriedly cleaned the work activities in the house, made a room *ready* . She was happy on arriving the room. We fed her breakfast because she said she was visiting from an African country for the first time to my city. I have still not heard from airbnb regarding her case. And more importantly we have not received any payment as promised. I do not know the best way to deal with this or get to airbnb, as a completely ignorant host. Today I ran unto a link to payout schedule, it says no payout. My guest is still in the house, and has been since Jan 22. It is jan 28, no money deposited

Hi, my name is Agung * and i have a payout problem.
I suspect because my guest requested a change in arrival schedule and I agreed. Finally, I only received payment from an additional fund of US$4.4 and the amount of which 3 days has not been paid by Airbnb. I repeatedly contacted Aibnb support but said my problem was closed. Alteration requests make me lose.
Where do I find a solution?

Hi everyone, Thank you so much for joining in the conversation. I would like to share the good news with you that my payment has been processed and finally I received it. The reason was that, I escalated the matter to Aisling Hassell, Vice President Community Support by email to *sensitive information hidden*
Having said that, I would suggest that in case of the similar situation, please try to resolve it first by regular customer service personnel (1-855-424-7262). If your problem is not resolved in a timely manner (say one month) then only escalate the matter to Aisling.

Thank you for you post and was happy you shared this email address I can address my issues. I have not received my payouts since 45 days and have been calling UK office every day past 15 days now. Online system is just not responsive enough, they close my post without any answer. I have sent a detail email to Aisling and looking forward for the positive response.
